Another import! This one’s special…

Got an amazing deal on this. $135 used. The box was in sparkling pristine condition (minus some minor indentations on the bottom, likely from a store shelf), the idol magazine looked like it had never been opened, same with the booklet in the blu-ray, the bonus CD in the blu-ray looked like it had never been touched, and somehow or another I managed to get the soundtrack CD still factory sealed. I can’t believe I got so lucky.

Got one more import on the way. No idea when it will get here. Gotta hurry and get through Gal*Gun’s platinum before it comes!

More additions to the family

First up: Megpoid the Music♯.

This is the LE, and it came with the two figures and a PSP skin. You’ll also notice in the top picture that it came with a DLC outfit.

And the other: Gravure for You! Volume 5.

I finally got a decent price on this one (third party via, Fulfilled by Amazon). It’s definitely one of the better sets I’ve gotten. It had two of my favorite things in it: a music CD and a key art book. This one also has the episodes with the stage performance in the middle of the series, so now I have that in glorious uncompressed HD. It also has fruit costumes. (I still want to see these as DLC in iM@S2…) Yayoi is one of my top three idols, too, as if I needed another reason to appreciate this set. I didn’t have enough time to get to playing the game last night, unfortunately, so that’ll happen today. I’m still in the middle of Neptunia Victory (cleared all endings, but haven’t gotten the platinum), but I think I can spare an hour or so to get the trophies and check out the music.

I’m still spending

Yeah, I just dunno anymore.

Again, it has lots of neat stuff.

Makoto on the cover of the box/game and Hibiki on the cover of the anime ❤

Also, I bought this:

I can keep that “Support the localization!” thing in the sidebar all I want, but it’s about time I put my money where my mouth is. I can’t even read it, though. No idea why I bought it.

Of Idolmaster and spending all of my money…

Yeah, clearly I can’t just stop.

These G4U sets are quite nice, though.

An anime blu-ray, a bonus feature DVD, a game, a magazine-y thing with pictures, info, and a comic, a book full of concept sketches for the anime, and all of those little postcard-esque things with the pictures on them. Very cool. I got this one at a bargain price, too. 61% off from, direct from Amazon, and I used JShoppers as a forwarding service, whom I highly recommend. There’s no base fee for their services, they give a 5% discount on EMS shipping, and they’re frighteningly quick. I’m very impressed by them.

Anyway, I have another G4U set and Dearly Stars on the way, because three Idolmaster games clearly isn’t enough for the likes of me. At this rate I’ll end up buying the rest (save maybe Vol. 1, since I don’t want to double dip on the premium box for iM@S2) and the other two PSP games, but maybe I’ll be able to restrain myself a bit. After all, the only thing left that I really want is G4U Vol. 7. I just picked this one up because it was cheap and I wanted at least one.
